Refund policy

Each piece I create is handmade and custom-made specifically for each customer. For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you change your mind, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 48 hours of placing your order, before I begin working on your personalized piece.

After this 48-hour window, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.
