Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 weeks for production before shipping. We will contact you within 48 business hours of your order to collect any necessary information (like reference photos for custom portraits). Production will begin only after we receive these details.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by destination:

European Union: 5–10 business days

Rest of the world (including USA): 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs processing or postal service disruptions, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Method
We ship via registered mail with tracking whenever possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs procedures.
