Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 48 business hours to gather necessary information (like photos for custom portraits). Production begins only after we receive that information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may request a cancellation and full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After that, your order is considered in progress and cannot be refunded. Please review our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or local postal charges that may apply upon delivery.
